Payments are acceptable in CASH or E-TRANSFER. Credit cards are not accepted. Packages are subject to HST at 13%. 

SECURITY concerns

If it is priorly determined or discovered during an event that your event is of considerable liability risk a security deposit ranging from $100 to $300 will be required, In this instance, it is mandatory that reparable and certified security personnel be hired to secure your event. Management will make a referral provision at the cost of host. Collection of payment must be secured 2 weeks in advance. If management determines that security is unobtainable, or host is unwilling to pay for security, management at its sound discretion may be forced to deny or cancel your event. If security is unattainable PRIOR to an event a partial refund will be considered. If it is discovered during an event, and security is not attainable, the event will be brought to an abrupt end, and loss of all deposits will apply. Rate Packages

All Packages Include:

Up to 70 Chiavari banquet style chairs, 5' round dinner tables, 2' hydraulic cocktail tables, 30" x 6ft rectangular tables, general washroom supplies, microwave & fridge access, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi for host.

(Time shifting available on evening packages)

RESPONSIBILITY OF HOST: Tableware, decor, set-up & clean up, S.O.P. fee, DJ's speakers & audio equipment, service attendants, all other DIY needs.

(Alcohol permit not provided, must be obtained from LCBO)

EXTENDED HOURS: (Dependant on scheduling availability)

PRIVATE event: $50 per additional hour

Hours cannot exceed 2am. 

Liquor service ends at 2am in accordance with the law.
